Our take
I've been using this Vitamix food processor for a few weeks, and it's a beast. The 1200W motor powers through tough veggies and nuts without slowing down. The 12-cup bowl is perfect for big batches, and the 10 speeds give precise control. I love that the blades are sharp and the slicing discs produce even cuts. The plastic bowl feels sturdy enough. My main complaint is the price – it's $269, which is steep for a plastic machine. Also, the lid can be tricky to lock. But performance-wise, it's top-notch.
