Our take
Needed replacement blades for my Vitamix food processor, and this 8-piece set is exactly what I wanted. The stainless steel blades feel sturdy and cut through veggies and cheese cleanly. Having multiple discs means I can switch between slicing and shredding without stopping. My only gripe is that some discs are plastic-based, which may not last as long as all-metal ones. But for the price, it's a great value to refresh an older processor. Made in the USA is a nice bonus.
